We created the social campaign for this year's International Women's Day.
Women are consistently underpaid and have their rights undermined as a lot of the work we do goes unpaid. Women also need to be empowered and recognized if we want our future world to be a fair and equal one.
Our campaign is an illustration based art campaign where we choose and curate different women from different cultures and backgrounds to reflect diversity but also solidarity and empathy. The striking color backgrounds help us bring energy, determination and will to the direct and clear messaging behing this Women's Day.
Working on International's Women Day was just the first step towards creating a branding for gender-responsive communications strategy within the Gender department at WHO.
